Our affiliate agents must be professional, responsible, reputable, honest and well experienced in the recruitment of applicants for positions as caregivers in Canada. In order to work with Shinex Caregivers, the perspective agent must provide Shinex Caregivers with documented literature regarding the company, the company name, the names and titles of principles in the company and licensing (if applicable), the length of time that the business has been in operation, and current services offered by the business. Responsibly. General training regarding expectations/screening etc. with Shinex Caregivers will be compulsory. The agent is required to have good English communication skills, and must be easily reached with full accessibility to modern communication and easily reachable by phone, fax and with high storage e-mail.

1. To assist us in the recruitment and selection of qualified caregivers who are carefully screened and referenced and to provide Shinex Caregivers with complete applicant files including all of the applicant�s documentation.
2. To help us ensure that the caregiver documents are legitimate and if they need to be authenticated, that they are. (Shinex Caregivers Inc. will not tolerate misrepresentation to the authorities by applicants or agents). Applications should be perfected before the candidates go to the interview at the embassy. If an agent suspects that an applicant is not honest, the agent must notify ShineX Caregivers immediately, before the application is submitted
3. We will also require someone on your end to assist in arranging telephone interviews with pre-selected applicants for each of our employers.
4. Help the caregivers with the Canadian Embassy interview preparation, medical and police clearance.
5. Provide timely follow up as needed and aid with details that are required.
6. To co-ordinate the timing of the release papers from the Current local employers and help in obtaining the Canadian Visa from the Visa post of local Canadian Embassy.
7. Help Caregivers with Travel Arrangements to Canada and keeping us informed as to the status of each one that is in process of being sponsored by our employer families.

We can educate the right person about all the details but we need to know that this person will commit himself or herself to the work with us in an honest way while ensuring professional high quality of service to meet with our level of professional business conduct. The earning potential for the agent is based on the efforts of the agent.
